Host Agreement

Listing your space

You confirm you have the legal right to offer the space (ownership or landlord permission), and that it is safe, dry, and as described in your listing.

You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. Payouts release 48 hours after check-out unless a dispute is open.

Care of stored items

You agree not to open, use, sell, or move stored items except in an emergency (fire, flood) or with the renter's written permission in chat.

You must photograph items at receipt and before release — these photos are your protection in a dispute.

Taxes

Income earned through Pacqit may be taxable. You are responsible for reporting it; Stripe provides earning summaries.
